It is becoming very clear that we need new kinds of values, skills, and knowings beyond cognitive intelligence. We need skills that allow us to think differently, to collaborate and co-create, to envision new ways of being, feeling and doing.

This vision invites us to reflect and to act as agents within the environment we live in and create daily for ourselves, and for others.

This book tries to share the experiences and learnings of over 25 years of work, with a solid theoretical and methodological background. Over this period, the pedagogical Methodology has been implemented while creating stimulating and nurturing learning processes both inside and outside of schools. It has also been put in service of fostering the human potential for practitioners to conduct themselves more intelligently, sensibly, flexibly and in a more committed way in this complex and everchanging world.
